That is a very very normal take off of the Md8x they are as a pilot told me: glad to go up and hard to get down to land again, because of the way it's build......

Norwegian Air Shuttle on my flight from Budapest to Oslo in a 737-300 They had a steeper take-off, close up to 26 Deg.

@flutura50 Yes, u can. From 22 hrs to 1 hrs before departure. You can do it on the self-check in, on internet or during check-in! Im self Norwegian and are going to fly MD for first time CPH-AMS; and first SAS trip from BGO-CPH 1/3 2012. Im 12 yrs old, and so exited.

Just because boeing bought McDonnell Douglas, doesn't make the MD-82 a "Boeing" aircraft

Thoose JT8D engines are old but sounds great. Wish they never stopp use them..

For an MD-81(that is not an MD-82) this steep climb is normal for this aircraft
How did the gravity forcre felt?
I usually fly on Md83's and the gravity force is not felt too much even on a steep takeoff

i fly an f/a-18 its pretty intense i guess after im done with the marines ill do some comercial flying
