Here is a short video of a Krav Maga demonstration I participated in at a charity event for Stop Cancer and the Marni Fund. With a fantastic explanation by Krav Maga Worldwide's Chief U.S. Instructor, Darren Levine, I show defense against choke from the front and choke from behind, defense against an outside attack (such as a "haymaker" punch), and defense against an inside attack (such as a straight punch). I will break these techniques down into more detail in the upcoming weeks so that you will be able to duplicate them in a time of need.
