Little city got flooded from Floyd in 99. I frequently bicycle in PPP and I went into the park the day after floyd and I couldn't believe how much bigger the creek got. I had to turn back because a portion of the bike trail was completely gone. In your video,even the stage is underwater (for those that don't know, that stage is a good 10-15 feet above the normal water line and 4 feet or so off the ground.

yeah, the river also flooded the entrance to the park on pine road as well. have never seen anything like this.
