  • vertices, or vertexes, you should visit the machinimatrix blog on wordpress . There you find enhanced versions of these videos.

  • The computer generated voices in this thing drive me nuts, why not just have someone record the speech with a mic? I guess it would not be pure machinima that way, but it would be easier to listen to. Things like "HEY!" (said in a dramatic, shocked voice) followed by "this was easy." (said in a bored monotone), and mispronouced words - awkward.

    Also, of course these are not up to date, and I've had to figure some stuff out on my own - but aside from that, these tutorials really helped a lot.

  • Please switch to the machinimatrix blog. There you find updated videos and transcriptions. That should help you a lot.

  • yes it is nice tutorial for beginner but I do not understand a single thing that is select button to select half of helmet A or B? we incecat the B button, but ... Selected by only 2-3 particles is very poor, it is very little to injumatatiun rezerzor motorbike, only 2-3 particle chosen? Not very many particles are selected, wait ANSWER PLS!

  • Agreed. The voice made it extremely hard to follow. An actual human narrating would make this much easier.

  • StanTheManCyclone: the thing that might fix what you're looking for could be the Occlude Background Geometry button. In Edit mode, it's in a group of 4... there's 1. Vertex, 2. Edge, 3. Face and then there's that Occlude button.

  • When I try to select only one side of the helmet, it wont work, All the vertertices of the helmet are selected, is there some sort of option to select visable only? Also I see the vertices of the inside aswell as the outside, I think I should only see the outside vertices somehow?
