Grant was nervous, scared, & confused. Any human would, if one was laying face down like an animal with people yelling.

Cops are suppose to do their job, DETAIIN & CONTROL!

That "officer" did DETAIN grant, but he wasnt in CONTROL!

What kind of "THREAT" can a man laying down handcuffed pose?

What that OFFICER did was MURDER a DETAINED man Execution STYLE!

@skyferret1 What is even more fucked up, none of those 8 cops were ever charged with anything, much less convicted. It is negligent no matter who the victim is, to not verify your weapon. Life and death is about as important as shit gets!

@skyferret1 It is. You would think there would be a better way to make 100% sure that didn't happen. Mehserle had an M26 which has a black rubberized handle, Dominici had a model that was solid yellow and curved handle. Why 2 different models, one resembling the look and feel of a gun handle? Sounds negligent. Mehserle never looked (there is a vid I just found that show perfectly his eyes never went to his weapon) and he damn well should have.
