oh and also. I'm fairly sure this is at Swinomish, not Samish. Samish is the next stop north and Swinomish is the one with the really hard current that looked like that. Yes, this is Swinomish, it has the bridge.

I'm Samish and I was on support boat for most of this day but ended up pulling in. When I was on support I think this was the Canoe that came in and we had to swap a puller cause a puller hurt his arm. So I'm fairly sure this is Elwha and I'm not exactly sure what their Canoe name is.
