@EuroJones2009 Your right i know absolutely nothing at all about this and im a moron. I just had NFL players and scouts specifically train myself and other players for this drill and others like it. I dont know shit about this stuff. Lol. Damn i was wasting my time. Thanks for the info. I bet you only played on the high school level. So im sure you much more knowledgable in this area. :)

@SantizClaus If you know the proper technique. You would know you to never turn a circle when your doing it. I puts tenths of seconds on your time. When he ran down the first time he touch with him right hand and turns left. When he should have touched with his left. Never turn your back on the cone. Why the hell would you shuffle it?

@BabyHorse32 You clearly know absolutely anything about training for the combine. This is the only way to do it. If the L drill is going to the right you touch both lines with your right hand and yes you turn your body. Look at every three cone video and see for yourself. The problem is that comments level the playing field people who have knowledge and morons like you who no absolutely nothing.
