1. Take any song, get info and make start time and end time a 40 sec segment or less that you want to use.

2. Right click on song and go on Create AAC Version.

3. After it completes remove it from your library and find it in your iTunes folder.

4. Rename extension from .m4a to .m4r

5. Open in iTunes and sync to iPhone

6. ???

7. PROFIT!!!

dude there are ways around buying them in itunes without downloading anything.... its basicly just editing the extention of the file
