Sadly, I've only discovered the talents of two great examples of how one lives life, loves their spouse, and lives for God, in the last 3 months. I only could hope that when my life is winding down, and I look back, I have my wonderful wife next to me, and we're singing a beautiful song, remembering all of our great times together.

One of my favorite gospel music singers of all times and she is so young in this video, and still at happy spirits after 50 years of marriage as always. I think that is what has made her such a great singer with a wonderful voice. She found her spiritual being and went with it.

Isn't this precious..I wanted to tell Howard and Vestal when they married November 7,1949 I was born Sunday afternoon November 6,1949..I never seen them in a concert or got to meet them. Like Vestal said..When we meet in Heaven won;t it be GRAND!!!

This song sums up my grandparents marriage of 55 years. In 2006, my grandfather passed away unexpectedly. 10 months later, my grandmother passed away. Each day I saw the love that they had for one another. I miss them every day. Thanks to the Happy Goodman's, we have this song.

Vestal Goodman has always been my very favorite singer since I was very very young. She had the most powerful voice i'd ever heard. I wish that I had seen her perform live.
