An Australian and a Californian discuss Wikileaks for your infotainment. This week we looked at the cable 09BERN109 which was a continuation of our investigation into the SEPQ cables which was started in episode 17. Some interesting predictions were made at the end with regards to the implied threat versus the actual threat against the USA.
