DUMB AD. Does the good senator think I'm stupid or something? I saw through it right away, as did most others. Gas prices are an international problem as I have heard 'fungible' to the point of nausea.

You have either a serious comprehension problem, johnkyblue, or just dishonest. The ad is reference to the automatic gas tax increase policy that Lunsford implemented and bragged about - making a bad problem even worse.

Mitch McConnell was in the Senate from 2000 to 2006 where the GOP had control of policy - period. They deserve blame - including McConnell.

I don't care about $0.20 near as much as I care about a 2x increase during their watch.

That is not a defense of your initial false post, period, and is changing the subject (not honest of you - again). The GOP also did not have 60 votes to override Democrat filibusters - yet another false statement on your part.

That is again not a response to the previous post, nor the second. Any more nonsense you'd care to peddle? They did not have 60 votes to override Democrat filibusters to allow more drilling. The point stands.

Then why did it cost so much and do so little? Why didn't it speed up the exploration of the land already set aside for drilling? All this when the GOP House, the GOP Senate, and the GOP President got that bill through.

GOP = Big Oil.

What about the DNC bigwigs who have oil companies in their stock portfolios or accept money from the same companies you bitch about? And if liberals hate oil so much, why do they support Hollywood "environmentalists" in private jets?
