Oh i tried af uninstall all drivers and reinstall and this time it worked, though the switchable graphicssolution is shitte but i don't need it anyway.

@therkelsenmeister I am thinking of getting a w500 I have a current T500 at the moment. Really? have you tried the Thinkvantage updates?

Hey, perhaps u can help me i formatted my w500 now i can't find the proper driver for the v5700. I tried from the lenovo website but nothinbg happened, catalyst center did not get installed, so now i am running drivers for the hd3650. I guess it is not optimized the sameway for opengl, do you know where i can get the cc driver for the v5700 or can u if i give you an mail send me the installation file??

@lpa3yonk Cause you have the one with Inel HD, they not really made for that type of performance. Thinkpads rule though :)
