NCA cheer camp

this was the second dance we larned that day. works on counts for about 40 mins than went to music. SOOOO MUCH FASTER WITH MUSIC! no one could follow it!lol!with counts we could! lol! there was 4 teams doin that dance a NCA cheer camp.

yall need to make a step by step video, because i am the new cheerleader on the team for 8th grade next year so i will be the only one that does not know the dances and the coach said that we are going to do this dance and the 2010 spirt dance. i am trying to learn it so i will not be behind.. because i am slow at learning stuff, so please help me out here and show/ tell me if you put a step by step dance on here, or is there already one on here if so can you please tell me? thank you very much.

Haha that dance was so easy to learn for our cheer team =)) I remember when they taught us that last year at our camp at our school =) We preformed it for the fair =))

Aaaah I always hated the NCA dances...they expect you to learn them ridiculously fast!! At all the camps I went to, there would only be like three or four girls that could do it perfectly. lol

Kaitie, the girl teaching that was at our nca camp in maine. And Nikki the girl who started counting for kaitie was my team buddy instructor (: They were both awesome!
