hard resetting your phone/pda will bring the phone back to factory setting. Make sure to save the data you want before doing a hard reset because you will lose all content on the unit.

IF you see android icon instead of phone icon

Power On phone while holding the "x" key

Leave phone open and click the search key on the keyboard

Then use the volume keys to navigate the menu and select using the camera button

so my phone turns on and just stays on the 'M' screen and nothng else happens...wtf do i do?
