oh and the "FREE" updates you are talking about arent really free. see on your att bill every month, thinks like that are taken into account when you are paying your bill. you dont pay a monthly fee with the ipod touch, and those updates cost money, depending on what they are, so far apple has charged people money for updating their ipod touch, but not the iphone because the money you pay every month helps out with that. get ur facts straight dumbass.

Not true. Think of those people who unlock their iPhones. Let's say that one of them decides to go ahead and get an update, even though I know it'll brick their phone, they can still do that without having to pay. Apple does not charge for the updates. It's not on the bill. The only extra thing I see on my bill is taxes.

One thing that is totally different between the two, is that Sprint allows for insurance on the Instinct. However AT&T does not allow you to add insurance to the phone.  If you break it, you are out the 200 or 300 dollars you shelled out for it.

The point is that you're biased so you shouldn't make reviews. Simple. Every single "iPhone vs __" video is always biased towards the iPhone simply because all the Apple fanboys out there can be related to nazis. Everything that Apple does always has to make everything else around it inferior.

Wow, I just sat through this video and watched you defend the Iphone. Now if it was as good or better than the instinct you wouldn't have to do this. Obviously you know the instinct is better so you have to make excuses to cover up for the Iphone's flaws. Plus the damn thing is too expensive. but besides that it is an expensive piece of shit. there are many phones or there that look like the Iphone get over it. there are many different things that look the same its called give people what wanted

The iphone is really cool, and i have the instinct just because i cant switch service to another company. I used to like my instinct, but its starting to get on my nerves because its slow, ive had it replaced, but something thats going to be a good phone is the palm pre, it has a new WebOS which was started from scratch. multi-touch, gesture area, keyboard. Very nice phone, which im thinking of seeing if sprint will switch mine out for the pre when its released.

Yes, i know. But see, you are already paying for the phone, so less people would pay the 10 or 20 dollars for an update. But with an ipod touch, you could have it for years and never pay anything for it, so they charge you for an update for the app store.
