Very good video, currently working on able to do a 1 legged squat, been using the tower 200 to hold on the way down and help get me back up, will take the suggestions in this video as well.

what are the benefits of the one legged squat, it is awkward to do. I don't see why squats don't suffice.

Everytime I do this, my standing heel comess off the ground by a little bit (about 2 inches). Any tips on how I can solve this, cause when I concentrate on keeping my heel grounded, my weight falls backward. Thank you, God bless you.

thanks so much , how many days of rest in between and is it koo to put this in with weight trainning on weight training days?

You can do this on the days when you do weight training for the legs.
