PLEASE watch my first video about the holy spirit before this one so that you will understand the definition of God's spirit(the holy one!) as well as our spirits. Also,I am not interested in trinitarians trying to convince me God's spirit isn't God's spirit but rather is his third person.Nor am I interested in ECF's using it in the same sentence with God and Christ as if that proves a trinity. It doesn't.I can only hope trinitarians will set aside their tradition, think deeply here, and keep an open mind prayerfully. What's the difference in saying you have a 3rd person who is fully True God than saying you have a third True God?The difference is an imagined one.

Personification examples:

**Luke 7:35-Yet wisdom is vindicated by all her children."
**Romans 7:8-11:sin dies,revives,deceives and slews.
**Rom 5:14,21-death reigned from Adam to Moses21just as sin ruled by bringing death, so also grace might rule by bringing justification that results in eternal life through Jesus the Messiah, our Lord.
**1 John 5:6-8- water and blood bear witness too
**I Cor. 12:15,16-If the foot shall say, because I am not the hand, I am not of the body.... And if the ear shall say, because I am not of the body .
**Psa. 96:11,12-Let the heaven rejoice, and let the earth be glad. let the field be joyful . . then shall all the trees of the wood rejoice
**Isa. 55:12-the mountains and hills shall break forth before you into singing, and all the trees shall clap their hands

There are many more examples than that, just making a point.

  • @nibornagrom The mind{heart} of the person is the inward person{personality}. The mind{heart} of the father is the inward person{personality} which is the mind of the spirit and the spirit is in the mind by which spirit he comes into the believers mind of their spirit.

  • @nibornagrom The little flock are Jews. The other sheep are gentiles. There aren't two hopes for Christians.God said there was one.I'm not saying

Christians won't ever be in heaven but I think eternally the residence will be an earthly one.

  • @nibornagrom The WT says you cannot be born of God.And that Christ was hardly ever talking to you and that you can't even partake of his sacrifice which means that you exercise faith.Christ never says there are ANY Christians who can't abide in or rule with him.Would Abraham have listened to men who said he couldn't had he lived after Christ and not questioned them as if their literature is truth?

  • @nibornagrom So who exactly are you born of?The bible ALSO says you have ONE high priest and mediator. The WT doesn't teach this.Christ told his bride to be ready, never qualifying he meant a couple men in a publishing corporation.I wouldn't slumber because of the WT.If you aren't in Christ,he conveys in every way possble there's no hope for you.

  • @nibornagrom Interesting that you say you believe the spirit is personal but that you believe the WT..that's a contradiction..There are two groups in scripture..the Jews and the Gentiles.Either the gentiles are grafted in as spiritual Jews or they aren't Christian. There are two choices..either be a child of God(a spiritual Jew) or a child of Satan.

Unless you're questioning your belief system, there's little reason for us to discuss this. I believe as every other JW. I do not put my faith in any man. There are no 'elite' leaders in the Christian congregation.

The Bible clearly teaches that people are anointed with God's spirit for the purpose of being kings and priest in heaven, much as the kings of Israel were anointed with oil. It also teaches that there will be those ruled over on earth.

Can't change what the Bible says.

  • @howdy

I believe the descriptions of the holy spirit in the Watchtower. Before I was a Jehovah's Witness I was Catholic. I studied many religions and spiritual practices. JW's were only one. I determined through study and logic on my own, that the Trinity is false. After making as thorough a study as possible, and determining the Bible was from God, I determined that JW's were closet to Biblical Christianity I was going to find.

If you want to know if I believe the WT, yes, I do.

I can agree with your description, except that the mind of the person IS the person.

So if that's what you're saying I agree with you.

  • @ nibornagrom He Helps Us in our Weakness: Romans 8:26 In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groans that words cannot express. He Intercedes: Rom 8:26 In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groans that words cannot express. I can go on and on but I will only spam Kellie place.

  • @ nibornagrom He Strengthens and Encourages: Acts 9:31 Then the church throughout Judea, Galilee and Samaria enjoyed a time of peace. It was strengthened; and encouraged by the Holy Spirit, it grew in numbers, living in the fear of the Lord. He Comforts: John 14:16 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;
