1. We are experiencing an EXTREME amount of smoke on our property, as are many adjoining properties, on a continuous basis.

2. The smoke affects us YEAR ROUND, during ALL DIFFERENT WEATHER CONDITIONS. Note the date and weather information for each video.

3. The smoke is a NUISANCE under the best conditions, and in these quantities, a potentially serious HEALTH ISSUE, based on well published studies, including information by the EPA, MPCA, American Lung Association, and others.

4. The property owners are creating a nuisance, one they are unable to keep on their own property. Additionally, they are either unwilling or unable to follow "best burn practices" as defined by the MPCA, both prior to, and following notification of multiple nuisance complaints.

No other form of home heating would be approved for home use if it smoked this much and smelled this bad. Imagine if YOUR water heater created this much smoke. This is the result of someone heating their water with wood.
