no problem. I feel that the most beautiful part of our history is that we both believe in holiness and trying to please the Lord. The main thing is that both COGIC (Memphis) and COGIC Intl have both caused millions to come to Christ. That's outstanding !

God had already revealed the theme in 1907 to Bishop CH Mason. But 1969 Bishop DC Williams called an assembly of preachers together because they disagreed with the COGIC (Memphis) being led by a 12 man board of Bishops. Bishop Williams felt they should only have a "Senior Bshop". Therefore Bishop Dc williams & the elders that agreed with him voted to depart from COGIC(Memphis) but they voted to keep the name COGIC & add International to it in 1969.
