I know this video is old but I have to say that I still use this look on almost a daily basis!!! I LOVE this look!!! I usually use a purple or green just because I have hazel eyes but I still do the look with the contrast eyeshadow a lot as well. THANKS TIFFANY D:o)

@briezeana98 its all about the brushes you use! I have the Sigma brushes and they make this soooo easy, especially the Sigma E30 pencil brush! If you aren't using the Sigma brushes, you should. They are very cheap and great quality.

I finally went out and bought some blue eyeliner (pencil and gel) and tried this look last week. It is so easy & makes a great statement without being too much. It will definitely be my "go to" look. As much makeup as I own, I only had ONE blue eyeshadow because I never thought blues would look good on me (I have green eyes) but they do! So all green eyed gals out there, try this! It makes your eyes pop. I also plan to do the same technique with purples and greens. Thanks for the idea!
