Halloween, though I no longer celebrate it, was always fun--being out after dark, getting candy, soaping windows (okay, I never soaped windows). But the fun and fantasy was wonderful.

What's so awful about paganism? Christianity is a pagan religion too.

On the surface, it seems harmless enough, but you, as well as the majority of the population were deceived as a child into pagan holidays which are geared to seduce children with candy, bright lights and fantasy. Paul says in 1 Cor 13:11 "When I was a child, I spoke as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became an adult, I put away childish things."

All "Christian/Catholic” holidays are from paganism and focus on pedophilia.

OK. And I'm being serious here. The origins of Christmas are pagan as well, right? What makes Christmas a better pagan belief than Halloween? Because it celebrates Jesus' birth? Is Jesus' actual birth date even explicitly discussed in the Bible? Isn't Christmas a bit blasphemous? Serious replies only. Because many folks will down Halloween but will gladly celebrate Christmas. It blows my mind.

Yes! Christmas is pagan! This is what the LORD says, "Learn not the way of the heathen... For the customs of the people are vain: for one cuts a tree out of the forest... They deck it with silver and with gold; they fasten it with nails and with hammers, so that it doesnt fall overthey are altogether stupid and foolish: the tree is a doctrine of vanities." - Jer10:1-9.

All 'holidays' of today originate from paganism, and no one should participate in something that Gods commanded against.

you'll see ALL world traditions are pagan - originating from nimrod - egypt. I believe in Christ not Nimrod- who was jelous of his father's uncle's family who were righteous...easter, christmas, halloween... all pagan roots.
