Thank you Michael for all your work. Don't pay attention to people complaining about this or that we all have to watch carbohydrates, no matter what. Your recipes are great, keep them coming. I am the master of my ship so I can and will decide whats best for me to eat.

@leanbodylifestyle It's true unless you are trying to bulk and put on mass then you need that 1.5 grams of protien per pound of bodyweight but its called leanbodylifestyle were your vids are mostly about lean muscle and weight loss. Keep it up love the vids I am down 30 pds and its because of some of your recipes.

I've made this before but instead of the tahini I add a tablespoon of natural peanut butter. It does add to the calorie count, but also up's the protein (for people concerned about it containing too little ;) and it gives it a nuttier taste - closer to actual hummus.
