@nextnameavailable The cross was a pagan symbol before the Christians used it for their own means. Early Christians actually hated the cross because it represented what their savior died on. It wasn't until much later that the cross was introduced as a popular icon. Christianity and Judaism actually took many ideas from the Egyptians, including the 10 commandments. (Moses said he got it from God on a cliff; they were also etched in the walls of the temples he grew up in as a Pharaohs son).
