I'm glad you posted this. People need to know about her. I leaned about her back in High School from my music teacher. The first song I learned to play on guitar was Lucille Bogan's song "Sweet Petunia."

Hi Rocket, she was one o da first Blues musicians to ever record !! Some of her songs are too filthy to cover...like SHAVE 'EM DRY !! (you'll find it here on da Tube, or in ma FAVES !!
