@percussionist624 isn't what you are describing as not technical the most technical thing of all?
-
@qwertyasdyaln of course he is! no need to compare master and student
-
Probably Lisztomania too. There's a wikipedia article on it.

@Lightena Probably not deaf. They most likely had Stendhal Syndrome. They were so overwhelmed by the sheer beauty of the piece and Evgeny's interpretation that in their psychosomatic convulsions or hallucination, they inadvertently clicked the wrong button.

no... Those 19 people were deaf AND stupid...

Sin duda la canción más hermosa

This was one of the first pieces I learned to play (obviously much simplified!) and hearing it again makes me really, really miss my piano :(

Liebestraum 3 is one of the prettiest pieces I've ever heard. It's marvellous!

@percussionist624 because I naturally have great interpretive expression, I find it easy to get this piece to "sing", but those cadenzas make this piece a drag, I'm setting them off for later to learn :P

lol, Liebestraum is advanced level..maybe not highly advanced like other pieces by liszt, but for sure advanced! I hope u dont think its easy
Evgeny Kissin is better then Lang Lang! :)

Doesn't require a highly advanced technique like most other Liszt pieces, but what does make this piece rather difficult is playing it musically well. To let the melody sing out from the other notes is difficult to master at first.
