6 Friends trek up to the Roaring Plains in the Dolly Sods Wilderness Area in West Virginia. 3 days/2 nights spent snowshoeing in 4 - 6 feet of snow.

yeah i try to make it on that trail once a year. i just want to know how you found it in the snow i do good to find it in the summer

Where did you start/what trail did you take to get in the Plains. Where did you camp?

@Drosophilamelanogas We went up Flackrock trail, across the Plains, then down Boars Nest. We camped pretty much wherever we found ourselves at sunset - with 4 ft of snow on the ground anyplace can be a campsite
