@nonextfx777 The point of this wrap is to get rid of loose skin, diminished streatch marks and detox. You can exercise all you want ( ive lost 35 pounds) but it won't speed the rate at which your skin bounces back. If you watched the first vid you would know that this lady lost over a hundred pounds, and had three children. She is just trying to find a better alternative to a tummy tuck.

@nonextfx777 This is for people that can possibly be working out and still have stubborn fat and area's that are not yet firm. No need to be brusque. These products do work. I'm not saying you shouldn't cop out your workout for this, however, this isn't going to delay or go against your weight loss. Just be happy for the people, no matter what way they get "fit". ;)

Also, these products help greatly with cellulite, which as I'm sure you know, can not be gotten rid of with just exercising. :)
