Read me for this low calorie Recipe!
This is an ordinary dish that my mom cooks for dinner because it gets the kids (including me) eat some veggies and meat. Green bell peppers contain a lot of vitamins and minerals that are good for the human body. If you want to make the dish a little more calorie friendly, you can stuff less meat to the peppers ;). Any left over meat can be cook to your likings.
I have to reupload two of my videos is because of copyright problems, some countries are blocked view it. So, i decided to just change the music and reupload it and everyone can see it without a problem

@syiunshi Thank you for subscribing. Actually, it is not a lot of salt because this recipe yield about 8 large pepper wedges and there is pork and chicken in there. Seasoning the meat is to make the pepper taste less bland. If you think it is too salty for your liking, please put less salt. The meat seasonings and the sauce are just the flavor my family and I likes. Please adjust it to your preferences ;)

@loveegateau I didn't mean that! hehe I love salt and soy sauce. I hope to learn a lot of authentic Chinese recipes from your channel, because Chinese (especially Sichuan) and Japanese are my favorite types of food to cook!

@syiunshi I will try to post some more "somewhat" authentic chinese food up soon! I can't call that the chinese food i grow up eating is true authentic because these recipes has been pass down and changed from one generation to the next in my family. My mom loves cooking, and she tries to alternative the ingredients to what the family loves. Hope you'll like them too!
