I would think that if there are people out there who can destroy battletoads on the NES then there are people out there who can merely press the B button very fast to pull off the 3 shot burst.

@mgoGlennBeck225 when you are not physically on rush, i.e. you are jumping, it does not count towards depleting your ammo. just a tip, on issues about game mechanics, there is usually an explanation other than "cheating."
