  • @MrMusiclover011 Yeah no disrespect at all. It's always good to have a good conversation like adults. Anyway, I'm in New York training at American Top Team. I'm learning a little bit of BJJ too, but my gym puts more emphasis on striking. I've also trained at Matt Serra's gym too. I live in the same town as him.

  • @GoodFellax21 Yeah you right broski.I guess i just got rilled up when my knowledge was questioned on this great sport we know as MMA.But i get what you saying and thats the two schools of thoughts of mma.Either way its good to have a back n forth with no disrespect or namecalling. And believe me when one calls gsp boring one hears it from all angles.PEACE BRO.But you do bjj or coach at a gym anywere in los angeles?well maybe im asking for to much but yeah ive always wanted to learn bjj.PEACE

  • @MrMusiclover011 Never once have I said that you need to step into the octagon to have a valid "opinion." You already expressed your opinion from the very beginning to say the least. My comment was simply to state the obvious that you can't always get what you want. If the UFC will "suffer" due to poor fighters, then it's gonna have to happen. That's a problem that needs to be resolved by Dana White & his board members.

  • @GoodFellax21 as a consumer of the product the one puting up money to see the ppv's.Since their gonna sell their product atleast have it be pure and not watered down. What i gotta step in the octagon to have a VALID opinion?did i wake up in communist cuba?

It's simple bro ive watched overseas mma and ufc.The ufc is on top of the hill biggest promotion in the world, and thats good. Here's the thing tho once a victory can be awarded on laying on opponents or running n kicking then the product suffers

  • @MrMusiclover011 Yeah look, you have your opinion and that's fine. All I'm saying is that you can't look at the situation from just one perspective. You need to look at it all around 360 degrees. It's common sense that typical UFC fans want to see fighters tearing each other apart in the cage, but when it's actually YOU in there, it's much easier said than done. If you disagree then that's on you, bro. You have your opinion and I have mine. End of story.

  • @GoodFellax21 Again you're gonna say go try it yourself what a surprise. And i do get it chael is selling some nonsense about its risky one has to reserve engergy bla bla bla they are professionals in a combat sport. It's risky once you step in the octagon.Their not going into the octagon to play paddy cake or a spelling bee.

Just cause sheal or joe rogan or dana white say something trying to sell the reason for which gsp "gameplans" to lay on his opponents for 20 minutes doesnt mean im a agree.

  • @GoodFellax21 gsp is boring and thats my opinion

  • @MrMusiclover011 Not only that, but let me ask you this. How many of St-Pierre's opponents have done anything to beat him at the other end of the shoe? He hasn't lost since his defeat against Serra. He beat BJ Penn to a pulp & forced him to withdraw from their 2nd fight. He nearly broke Hardy's arm in half, he busted Koscheck's face & he barely even did anything to fight GSP but walk around. Georges also submitted Hughes & TKO'd Serra with knees to the body. So tell me, how is he "scared?" huh?

  • @MrMusiclover011 You still don't get it, do you? They're obviously supposed to train for 5 rounds, but that's not the point. It doesn't matter how well one is trained as you step into the octagon. Going for the finish is very risky & needs to be done at the right timing and opportunity. If one fails to get a finish, which has happened plenty of times in the UFC, then he's already used a large amount of energy. You think it's that easy to do? Try it yourself & I guarantee your ass will get K.O.'d

  • @GoodFellax21 they are professionals them training to fight for five round fights is what some of them do regardless if its a 3 round fight.Professional mma'ers is what they are cry me a river with that conserve energy non sense its more like conserving themselves the chance to get that chin checked like gsp did against serra. That's why he just does takedowns cause he's scared of geting that chin tagged and losing his title, so his strategy is lay on top of his opponent for 20 out of 25 and win.
