Jenny Saville est une artiste née en 1970 et aujourd'hui mondialement connue. Son travail sur le corps humain fait penser à celui de de Kooning, de Lucian Freud et of course de Francis Bacon.
Accompagnée par des chants liturgiques orthodoxes comme en échos à la peinture religieuse où le corps et sa représentation ont déjà une place importante.

It's not pro-life in my opinion, I think its about restriction of the body and the media's influence on women's identity.
ALSO there are two paintings in there that aren't by Jenny, but are copies by students. You can tell because they're horrid haha.
