Passing by a car accident scene in Cebu City

We were driving around Cebu City when we spotted a car accident along the road. A young boy was hit by a car while the mother gets hysterical. Unfortunately, I was not able to get the whole scene on video. The mother already had the young boy in her arms while rushing to the nearby hospital. This is just an aftermath of the scene. =) Cebu City, Philippines June 2, 2009

yearh, there's a lot of accidents put on youtube but you dont even see the accedent!! you only see a bunch of people standing in a group!! who want's to see that???? what is interresting about this clip??... cant see it... complete waste of time...
