It was a lot of fun to have a shot at drag racing the street/track/race/test mule.....complete with high track geometry! Great to have a couple of runs, but still much prefer tracks with corners!
in the video it look like i see a license plate and brake/tail light but it is on the DD5R tail? does that mean i could use this on the street or did you rig that up temporarily just to go down the track?
@totallytom88 - This is my bike in street trim, with bar end mirrors removed and headlight (inside windscreen) switched off. Drag racing requires a tail light so I just bolted it on and plugged it in. The license plate holder is easy to use with our carbon fiber tails by drilling a hole through the carbon to bolt it underneath. Almost any generic plate holder/tail tidy with LED brake/signal lights will work. With these simple parts it takes me a total of 2 minutes to switch from track to street.
