Explorer Scouts Being Trained For Homeland Security - news video

These teenage explorer scouts (shown on news video) are being trained to use guns, reportedly, to protect the border and more. Why does Homeland Security want to take guns from American Adult citizens who need them to protect themselves and their families and at the same time train teenagers to use them? You are correct in that it has happened before and it is about to happen again under this revised Roman world government system. This Hitler type methodology, as far as I have been able to determine, did not train the youth to use these evil guns, that must be confiscated from their parents, with disregard of the constitution that allow for the right all American citizens to be armed.
