how do you know what degree and how long to press it on?

@666stallion666 you cant sublimate a black shirt. Dye sublimation is a "dye" you can only dye things darker, unless you can find a colour darker than black, which is highly unlikely, then its not gonna happen.

What do you need in order to do this exact procedure but on a black t shirt? Any additional apparatus required?

i guess the design has transparent inside it ..i mean inside the circle

i tried this but white on paper gets transferd to the t shirt .i want a transparent ..

how do i do it ?

heres one ...he placedon his teflon sheet ..and when he lifted up the press it was gone ..so where is it ...or did you do something inbetween and not edit it
