Glen Hansard, of the Frames, the Swell Season and the movie "Once" sings a song from the the film after telling a touching story...

A compliment from Glen to an older woman wearing a bright blue coat, turned mundane elevator conversation into inspiration. The woman shared an immense personal loss, her son "was in those towers." On 9/11 she was going to tell him not go to work to "clean the popcorn from his desk" (he quit on Sept. 10). When she woke up and turned on the TV, it was too late. She didn't leave her home for 2 years; when she did, she treated herself to a fabulous blue coat.
