I don't want to change my computer's language to do it (I can't read Japanese), I just want those filenames to show up in English font, that's all.

I'm needing to know how to install Japanese fonts on my Windows 7. You see, I downloaded some MikuMikuDance model files and after they are downloaded, they have random symbols in the filenames (because they're in Japanese font). I'm told to rewrite the file in English font (don't know how to do that), or just install Japanese font onto my computer so that they show up in English (or so I think). Do the directions in this tutorial apply to this?
