yes.. it's quite a good thing if you know how to write some JavaScript code...
you should just know how to work dinamically with scripts and how to access and modify the element in your page (element could be anything in your HTML page.. images, anchor, div, form... ecc..).... if you become able to do this, you can easily learn how to use the MooTools package... :-)
actually javascript is easy to understand if you have background in vb.. almost the same syntaxes..

I remember I had to download the latest mootools to update something I was working on.
I didn't know you had to select what functions you needed when you downloaded it so I ended up with just the core.
Took me ages to figure out why my webpage didn't work.
I didn't have enough Moo!!!
