hi mmccambridge: kayaking is not yet popular in bohol, at least that's what i know before i left the province. perhapes initiating a club or training or things like that might trigger interest among the local folks and tourists alike. there is one thing though that is vaguely similar to kayaking used by local fishermen, and it's locally called Bulalong, but they use it for fishing rather than for sports or hobby.. you may stir the youth's interest, though.
