I am still happy with my projector. During quiet scenes you can hear the fan running, but it isn't too loud. I am going to hang it from the ceiling next week. I hooked it up to a watt meter and it is only 126 watts, not bad.

@bsimages hi i know you posted your comment 4 weeks ago but i dont know any one who has this projector, can you tell me if you are still happy with the nico 33 and if it has a low operating noise as it doesent say, as my previous projector i had for 1 year and was way too noisy and has broke now so i was thinking of buying this,,,, Thanks!!!

I bought mine on ebay direct from China. Shipping was very fast (4 days to California). I turned it on and with only couple simple adjustments I was watching a movie at about 100". I was impressed... Then I tried it after the sun went down, "Holy Cow!" the picture was amazing!!! It was on ebay's Buy it Now for $395 with free shipping, I offered $300 and they accepted. The built in sound is surprisingly good for it's size. Overall I am very impressed.
