@CCDevlin How can a white ass nigga like you judge about soul? Well known soul singers already declared that the man (Boris) is an amazing soul (and jazz) singer. Soul comes from the soul. ;-)

@CCDevlin I'm a vocalist myself, i can recognize soul in any singer immediately without a doubt. And those "vocalistic acrobatics" your talking about, are vocal techniques, besides breathing techniques these are the hardest to master. I never said the "hehueuhyayahahahohohooh's" or whatever your calling them, is convicning me to speak the words i spoke. Know your facts.

@nickvisstick and yet "soul" is exactly what's missing from his voice. In my opinion. Apart from comercial or not, I'll listen to waylon anytime before this guy. People tend to mistake vocalistic little acrobatics with good singing. That's why beyonce is considered a good singer for instance. Also this Boris sings a dozen little "hehuhuheeeyohoohohooh's" every 30 seconds. That doesn't mean he is made for soul. Soul comes from the vibe of the voice, not the vibration.

I think Boris would never go to the Eurovision Songcontest. Because he just want to make some good music. And it is the best way to do that on your own. And not with something like the Eurovision Songcontest. The Eurovision Songcontest is just about what the most exclusief performance is and not about the song or singer anymore!!! So...let Boris make some great soul, funk and jazz music. Like he sad in Idols: Sofuja!!!

@nickvisstick Boris is goed. En ik ben ook geen grote fan van Ben Saunders. Maar je moet toegeven dat die Waylon ook goed kan zingen. Ik heb hem live zien optreden, en dat was zeker wel de moeite waard. Maar goed.

Los hiervan: ff een tip voor het Nederlands Comité voor Zangers(of weet ik veel wie het organiseert...): Stuur Boris naar het Eurovisie Songfestival. Dat, als je natuurlijk een kans wil maken om te winnen. Vind je afgaan leuk: vooral zo doorgaan dan!
