[Adam Shaw]
What is Wellbeing? I mean, it's a different thing for everybody.

If their money starts here and their health starts here, this is what happens to most people throughout their life as they go on. You don't even notice when the crossover happens. Then suddenly they have a huge health crisis, a heart attack and bang.

**We all have Wellbeing challenges**

Time to actually go and explore things you can do for yourself.

Are you happier than your grannies or sons?

[Zoe Copsey, Lomax]
Probably not. We just lead crazy, busy lives, and we don't get time to enjoy the nicer things in life like family time.

[Catherine Warrington, Wellbeing In the City]
Our Wellbeing friends have been here sharing brilliant talks and ideas and tips. People have been having massages, getting advice on nutrition plans and finding out how they could maybe deal with stress in simple ways each day.

[Elliot Kay, The Coach with the Hat]
Enjoy yourself.

Take off any stress.

Breathing techniques.

Chill out. That's what we need to be doing more often.

We just need quick tips that don't take a lot of time.

[Trevor Webster, Senior HR Manager, City of Westminster]
For us, having an event like today actually brings it to the fore, puts it in front of the employees. It puts it on the front page of the wire site, which is where most of our employees get information from.

**Wellbeing In the City is the place to... Discuss**

What are you discovering or learning today?

Basically, what's available to you, different steps you can take to manage your Wellbeing and happiness.

[Aruj Haider, Organisational Development Advisor, City of Westminster]
I've learned so much today about how we can have more wellbeing in our lives really.

[Trevor Webster]
We're trying to bring on board new partners, a new way of thinking.

[Aruj Haider]
It's just amazing how different people can change your life. You just meet them and they talk to you about . . .

**Wellbeing In the City is the place to... be Inspired**

[Renee Clerkin, Director of Wellbeing Breaks, Wellbeing In the City]
The five things that we can do are to hydrate, have a breathing break, move your body, lighten up, and gratitude.

Eat healthy and sleep well.

**Wellbeing In the City is the place to... Discover Inspiring Positive Choices**

Tip 1: Enjoy a laugh every day.

Tip 2: Take it easy and relax. Life is too short to get all worked up.

Tip 3: It's never too late to start something new.

Tip 4: Don't eat sugar.

Tip 5: Do one thing at a time.

Tip 6: In order to find peace, one must deal with conflict. So for you to have inner peace and therefore project outer peace, you must deal with your inner conflicts. That would my tip. Deal with your conflicts and get over it.

Yeah, that's our wellbeing tip, isn't it?

That's our Wellbeing tip today.

Tip 7: Have fun!

[Catherine Warrington]
People are looking for Wellbeing, but even knowing that, we were delighted with the feedback that we've got.

[Aruj Haider]
I mean, everything really. I can't just pinpoint one thing. It's been everything. So a great success really.
