  • people call it either way.only reason i call it intermediate is its not a total form of Intermittant fasting . much shorter periods of fasting compared to the alternate day fasting 24 on 24 off. martin berkhan calls it intermittant fasting , most people know of his work, so ill amend the post name for you .

  • I'm totally interested in your journey. You already look pretty massive and defined considering this is "before" and I know a thing or two about fasting and I wish you a pleasant experience out of this. Fasting is a journey of the mind on its own: It's amazing how much we make time to consume food out in a day.

    But to use this as a technique really got my attention.

    I remember how you look like when you were shredded and can't imagine what's gonna happen now.

  • It is INTERMEDIATE FASTING. I've personally been IFing for 4 years now and fast until 5pm every day.

  • It is indeed called intermittent fasting. I have had great results (started at 227 and now currently at 215) in 4 weeks.

    Strong beard and I need to learn how to pose.
