Is there an English transcript of the original text, because I can't even hear the speech of Gaga, and I absolutely can't understand Italian (and not sure that it is even a good quality translation fro the Gaga's speech, and it also has no subtitles even in Italian...)

Shame for accessibility, RAI should have made efforts to publish these subtitles.
