1964 A/FX Mercury Comet .Just finshed putting in the new engine built by Barry Rabnick of Survival Motorsports.520 cu.in.HiRiser.Over 750 on the dyno.Blue thunder HiRiser heads,Dove tunnel wedge HiRiser intake,Finally getting the car ready to go.Jerico 4 spd,Mark williams axles, driveshaft and 9 inch 4.56 gear third member. The car took me three years to build.Cant get enough of the nostalgic style racing. The engine that was in the car shown out at bakersville was my 462 cobra jet engine.600 horse pump gas slated for my 64 marauder,Stay tuned,Working on a number of merc projects.Almost done with my 65 A/Fx Cyclone with a S.O.H.C. in it.
This gives me something to strive for. I have a '64 404 with a 347 stroker, but someday would like to go with a 427. Great job!

This reminds me of the '66 Cyclone GT I had when I was a kid. It had valve covers that said "390 Cyclone GT" on them. Chrome too. From the factory. Your car rocks. That interior is red, red, RED! Love it. Great vid.
