A custom XLR to 1/8" stereo adaptor that routes the hot and cold signals from a shotgun mic into the L and R channels of most dslr cameras and camcorders. The right channel was inverted in post giving the same effect as an XLR preamp would on higher end cameras.
Filmed on a T2i with the mic mounted on top and pointed at Rachel. The effect would be more noticeable if I were booming it, but you get the idea
