The head of the TK21 can't be disassembled because it is sealed air tight and filled with dry nitrogen to avoid condensation inside the lens. You don't have to worry about maintaining that part because its designed to be maintenance free. As for the spring inside you don't have to worry about compressing them as long as you don't stick a DILDO inside it. Use the proper batteries and you'll be fine. The only part you have to maintain is the tailcap with the use of a circlip pliers.

Did you clear this video with yankeeprepper first? Because i think he likes those lights. :)
Nutnfancy has done extensive field testing on the Fenix TK15, gave it a 9 out of 10 score with a lengthy review. Nothing is perfect usually but Fenix lights are awesome. I own this light.
