The prosecution has offered to have him evaluated by military doctors but Kuebler contents that since Guantanamo physicians were once involved in planning Khadr's interrogations, outside doctors are necessary. @TheEndomedico Unfortunately, France,Spain, and other world powers in 1776 who backed the US vs the British don't feel the Taliban are a legitimate government. Perhaps its the heads being cut off in public, or the taliban's terrorization of their own Afghan population that sway the world from seeing them as patriots.

People defending his own country can not be cassified has terrorists. USA was not founded by terrorist fighting against de british, they were patriots even if they parents came fron the UK.

@endomedico, A POW can only be a member of a uniformed military during a lawful conflict. Omar and his pals (may they not rest in peace), were dressed in civilian clothes planting landmines hoping to kill Americans for bounty money.

They are unlawful combatants, not POW's. Being a POW is a right we give to a uniformed enemy who has the balls not to hide amongst the civilian population when he/she fights us. Omar Khadr was not fighting for a nation, but for Al Qaeda, a terrorist group.

where was the soldier killed? was it in USA ? or in a foreing country?...since that happen in Afghanistan during combat, the american soldier is classified as a casualty of war and the one who killed him is a POW. Read the definition of terrorist. It's noting to do with this case.

What about the man who he killed? I hope he rots in jail for the rest of his life. It's a national embarassment that his whole family hasn't been deported.
