Megaman Battle Network 2 FreezemanV3

Made a new folder like I promised. Actually the original folder is in the renowned folder faq in Gamefaqs.com but I changed it to my liking. The ToadmanV3 * chips can be gotten in the ACDC 10 Chip Trader. That chip trader has ALL the navi chips in their regular code and in unicode. While I was playing with the chip trader, the CT spat out a PharoMn P chip!!!

This folder rocks! Practically ate up Freezeman's HP. I didn't notice his HP dropped from 1400 to 520 until I re-watched it in Windows movie maker.

ToadmanV3 + Elec+40 x4 spells death for Freezeman.

It was written to provide an inspiration on good folders so that the readers could modify them to taste.
