  • A posh version, but very nice indeed.

    HOWEVER!!

Surely any chef worth his weight in gold (ESPECIALLY one that lives in Abergavenny) would know that it is pronounced "RABBIT"!!

  • @vulcanmaster What are you whining about? Recipes are dynamic. That looks delicious. It's a variation upon a theme. And anyways you're such a traditionalist. You probably shop at Tescos.

  • @dorian (which technically isn't even a real name-- look it up) eggs you're about the eggs? not one thing right in the dish but cheese and you're calling it just "less traditional"?? that's like trouping of the colors with clowns and saying "well, there's record of them trouping with shoes for over a hundred years and the clowns had shoes". It's "recipes" by the way, did you know? just one more german englishman trampling another culture and telling them not to complain....

  • @vulcanmaster why are you moaning about eggs? there are reciepes for this over a 100years old in with eggs in.

Perhaps its a bit less of a traditional welsh dish than the name suggests, have you considered that.?

  • "french or english" mustard in a "WELSH dish"? Shallots instead of leeks? ENGLISH muffins instead of good homemade WELSH bread? Eggs? and to finish, wilted parsley. The only thing welsh about this is the cheese.

The guy should have his kitchen rights revoked.

  • lovely daffs

  • jealous people always describe confidence in others as "arrogance" - its so funny. trvwatson got one thing right though, Matt IS HOT !! lol

  • arrogant hot guy, market kitchen features him
